Seems like loosing you makes me focus on the good and forget the bad
Was it the sweetest love i've ever known, or just the most rescent had
Were you the sun that gave me energy, or just another hidden enemy
Seems Friends and Foes are one in the same,
just like hope and blame, Just like Sun and Rain, Just Like Joy and Pain.
For Love is now Hate, not towards you, but... too me
As if the piercing sword that made me feel invincible... that was love
had been stabbed into my side.... and that was love.
To be Happy..... I must be Sad, To Succeed I must Fail.
To Rise I must Fall.... for in that plunge, nothing even matters at all.
But what remains is the escence of ME,

I am the wind in the trees
As bright as the light between the leaves
As we lay in the breeze.... That is ME
And in this moment... Just this Moment... This is Us
You the Trees and I the Wind Blowing past each other again and again

Whether it was never again and never before, there was and must have been an Us
If only for a moment, I'd conqured every opponent and at THAT moment
Id taste victory..... how sweet, The juiciest watermelon you ever did eat
The chicken granny used to make, The jokes your father used to tell,
Homemade ice cream, The trips your family used to take....
The taste, the smell, the essence ...........of victory.
It was in you but it came from within Me
So in ME again I shall see Victory....

I dont wanna live my life like this
envious of the sun because he can rise everyday
Or does it take a struglle for the sun to get up too
On the outside, All we see is that smile that he gives
But inside, He's burning and it hurts, hotter than he's ever felt
Being so far away from everything else
Helping everyone else out but having no help
Helping out Mars, Jupiter and Venus
but to the whole Earth, what is he Worth
Everything and yet forsaken like nothing
The Moon takes his job at night, but is only a shadow of who he is
The other stars wish they could be as great, but they don't come close
So Far but so Near, It gets cold every year
When will the Earth Learn, The Sun goes away, so that maybe he'll feel apreciated
He gave you so much... So much off him... It might have burned once or twice
but what is joy witout pain, they ...in essence... are the same
He loved you... He did, but You loved the Night,
the moon just so happened to be there
I remeber the nights....The summer Air,
If only for that summer and the summer before
