The Fall to Come by Russell Grandberry

The Fall to Come by Russell Grandberry

We're cascading like a watrfall we never seem to touch the ground
only to fall upon ourselves on the way down
By the time you find the start the end is near
Only crairty's in the moment, the ends are never clear
We stick around hoping we can climb our way out of the comotion
Ever hopeful yet still headed towards the ocean
Other fish, in other seas, in other lands
My only hope.... is Heaven's hand's
On heaven's beaches, on Heaven's sands
My only fear is that if I stop loving, Ill never love again... lll never live again
Its like the favorite quote from your favorite poet that you'll never hear again
The caged bird will never sing as lound and ill never lend a deaf ear again
But if like a mullagan i could take it back I never would
Because when its done again, its never done as good
First time's the charm, never the second or third
If you love it, never let it go, Forget what you heard
There's power in the moment , The esscence of what's now
The raindrops' are never afraid to fall from the clouds
While they must know the fate that awaits them
They make joy of the fall to come....it elates them.
